Which terminal do I need to use Invetrio?

Any industrial Android terminal (Android 9+) with integrated scanner works well. We recommend models like Unitech EA660, Zebra TC21/TC26/TC22/TC27 or Datalogic Memor 11/12/17.

Does the application work without internet?

Yes. Scanning works fully offline. A connection is only required when downloading or uploading data.

Can I import my items and export lists?

Yes. Import items from .csv/.xlsx/.txt and export lists to .xlsx/.csv. If you don't have a database, you can still work without import — just scan and enter quantities.

We have multiple branches or warehouses — how does it work?

Each terminal can be assigned to a location and you can view all lists centrally by location in the web app.

Can multiple people work at once?

Yes. Multiple terminals can work in parallel — the web app automatically aggregates all results.

Do all products need a barcode?

Yes, Invetrio uses barcodes to identify items. If some goods don't have barcodes, we can assist with label solutions.
